At The Statement Canvas, every piece is crafted to order with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your artwork, but we understand that sometimes it may not be exactly as you envisioned.
Because of this, we offer a simple and fair returns process.
Change of Mind Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
As each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer full refunds for change-of-mind returns. However, we may offer a partial refund of up to 60% of the purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned within 14 days of approval
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service for safe return
- Your name and order number must be included in the package
Once received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility and process any applicable refund within 10 business days
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
In these cases, we will offer a full replacement or full refund, in line with your statutory rights.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Customised or personalised artwork
- Gift cards
Returns Address
All returns must be sent to our UK head office. Details will be provided upon approval of your return request.
